You are now a referee and you are starting to get assigned games. Are you ready? Are you familiar with the “build-out lines?” At what age level can you “head the ball?” What is the re-start if a player heads the ball – that may not head the ball for that age level? These examples and many more will be reviewed. This training session is not the same as the Orientation session that many of you have already attended where you learned how to use “Arbiter” and to “Get Assigned Games.” This is all about “what do you do now that you are on the field and this happens or that happens?”
