All are invited and highly encouraged to attend this session or the one south of the river April 2. Both sessions will be presenting the same material; Sign-in starts at 5:30 p.m. and will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m.
These training sessions are not mandatory and are supplemental to the certification and recertification classes that many of you are required to attend for USSF.
The first hour (6:00 to 6:50 p.m.) is primarily for NEW referees and will focus on the administrative duties and requirements (how you get games and how you get paid!). The first hour will also present various ins and outs of the ArbiterSports web site. How to block dates and times, where to post emergency contacts information. How to attach to teams if you are still a player. And much more.
Starting at 7:00 p.m. the training will focus on higher level youth games and the adult leagues. This part of the evening will primarily focus on U-15 and higher travel and scholastic leagues along with the adult leagues.
To pre-register and save yourself a seat, email Joe Sheridan to be added to the Spring Break Training Sessions in ArbiterSports, where you can then log into your account and accept or decline.
